        • Description

        • The goal of the Tender is to select the Team for generating Conceptual Framework of Gorky Park development. This Conceptual Framework should be focused on the strategy for the Park, generally on its ideology, functional and economic model. Also it should contain the roadmap of Concept implementation. This Conceptual Framework is assumed to be discussed publicly and is planned to work as a brief for further preparation of the masterplan.
